If You’ve just eaten a big meal & leaned back on your chair and suddenly an uncomfortable warm and burning sensation in the chest, usually just behind the sternum (breastbone) or at the top of the belly starts, this is known as Heartburn, pyrosis, or acid indigestion .The pain often rises in the chest and may radiate to the neck, throat and jheart burnaw.
